Careers
Due to the unique nature of our cohort, here at the UET Pathfinder Academy we have developed a bespoke package of support for our pupils. This aims to maximize the number of pupils who are in education, employment, or apprenticeships on leaving school, regardless of their time of arrival. We work towards the Gatsby Benchmarks, using these to support our careers programme.
We work closely with Norfolk County Council for work experience and Beacon East who provide all of our KS4 pupils with Level 6 independent careers advice and The Norfolk and Suffolk Careers Hub and the pathways to Work Team for apprenticeship sessions.
